How long it takes
Pieces marked Ready to ship leave the atelier within a few days of your order.
Made to order pieces are handmade for you and usually take 10 to 15 days. For a bag you design yourself, we confirm the timing when we agree on the design.
Payment
We confirm every order personally on WhatsApp. There is no online checkout.
A deposit starts your order and the balance is due before delivery. You can pay by bank transfer or through OMT or Whish.
Delivery in Lebanon
We deliver across Lebanon. The delivery fee is confirmed with your order.
Shipping worldwide
We ship worldwide via Aramex or DHL. The shipping fee depends on the destination and is quoted with your order.
Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
